IAM COMPACT General Assembly at Imperial College London
On 31 March and 1 April, the IAM COMPACT team came together in London for our 5th ๐๐ฒ๐ป๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐น ๐๐๐๐ฒ๐บ๐ฏ๐น๐ ๐บ๐ฒ๐ฒ๐๐ถ๐ป๐ด - two days of focused, hybrid collaboration on advancing our work across all work packages.

Highlights included:
- Scheduling our next steps of our ๐ฃ๐ผ๐น๐ถ๐ฐ๐ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐๐ฝ๐ผ๐ป๐๐ฒ ๐ ๐ฒ๐ฐ๐ต๐ฎ๐ป๐ถ๐๐บ (PRM), with several ๐ป๐ฒ๐ ๐ฝ๐ผ๐น๐ถ๐ฐ๐ ๐ฏ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฒ๐ณ๐ now underway.
- Enhancing our ๐บ๐ผ๐ฑ๐ฒ๐น๐น๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐๐ผ๐ผ๐น๐ to reflect and respond to ๐ต๐ถ๐ด๐ต-๐ถ๐บ๐ฝ๐ฎ๐ฐ๐ ๐ฒ๐ ๐๐ฟ๐ฒ๐บ๐ฒ ๐๐ฐ๐ฒ๐ป๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ผ๐.
- Strengthening ๐บ๐ผ๐ฑ๐ฒ๐น๐น๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐ฝ๐ฎ๐ฐ๐ถ๐๐ in our ๐ฐ ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐๐ฒ-๐๐๐๐ฑ๐ ๐ฐ๐ผ๐๐ป๐๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฒ๐ - Kenya, Ethiopia, Ukraine and Sri Lanka.
- Boosting our ๐ฐ๐ผ๐บ๐บ๐๐ป๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ผ๐๐๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฐ๐ต efforts to ๐บ๐ฎ๐ ๐ถ๐บ๐ถ๐๐ฒ ๐๐ต๐ฒ ๐ถ๐บ๐ฝ๐ฎ๐ฐ๐ of our work.
The meeting closed with a visit to ๐๐บ๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฎ๐น ๐๐ผ๐น๐น๐ฒ๐ด๐ฒโ๐ ๐๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฏ๐ผ๐ป ๐๐ฎ๐ฝ๐๐๐ฟ๐ฒ ๐ฃ๐ถ๐น๐ผ๐ ๐ฃ๐น๐ฎ๐ป๐, which serves as a scaled-down representation of a full-scale chemical engineering plant.
